| Overview: | Improving Patients' Experience is a newsletter published monthly by Picker Institute Europe. It is produced in response to the NHS Patient Survey Programme for Trusts looking at ways to improve the quality of services they provide. This newsletter is designed to inspire changes in practice and to promote the sharing of good ideas. Each issue will focus on a particular aspect of patient care. The theme for Issue 5, March 2003 is Improving cultural awarenees in the healthcare environment.
