| Abstract: | NHS Trusts may carry out their surveys in-house or commission an approved survey contractor. Twelve survey organisations have been approved by the Department of Health to carry out the NHS Patient surveys on behalf of Trusts. Each of the approved survey contractors submitted information to help Trusts chose a contractor. This document was submitted by Capita HSP to replace the earlier document when they were known as NHS Partners. It describes the background to the organisation, their previous experience, quality control procedures, how they deal with confidentiality issues, information about costs, and contact details. |
