Ambulance trusts: category C service users

The feasibility of surveying patients identified as category C is currently being examined. We are planning to conduct a pilot survey in Spring 2008 and, if successful, may subsequently rollout the survey to all ambulance trusts in Summer 2008. The precise timing of the pilot and main surveys will be determined as part of the feasibility study. Ambulance trusts will need to fund implementation of the roll-out.
